PRIVACY INFORMATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 2 OF THE 2016/679 EU REGULATION

In compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, we inform you that Net Evolutions SAGL intends to process personal data concerning you, as part of the activities provided to you by Net Evolutions SAGL.

1. Ownership and contacts

The Data Controller of the personal data referred to in this information is Net Evolutions SAGL with registered office in Via Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina 33, 20124, Milan, at whose Management it is possible to contact the data processors and the data protection officer (DPO )

2. Treatments and purposes

Personal data, with reference also to data of a particular nature (so-called sensitive) defined as such in accordance with current legislation, provided or acquired, will be used for:

purposes related to processing related to the issue and management of contracts brokered by Net Evolutions or, to the management of obligations relating to billing practices, to the fulfillment of specific requests by the interested party. The provision of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of these purposes as it is strictly functional to the execution of the aforementioned treatments. The refusal of the interested party may make it impossible for Net Evolutions SAGL to perform the requested service;
purposes related to obligations imposed by laws, regulations and provisions of the Authorities, community legislation. The provision by the interested party or third parties of the personal data necessary for the pursuit of these purposes is mandatory. Any refusal will make it impossible to establish or continue the contractual relationship to which this information refers;
purposes related to post-sales activities aimed at assessing the degree of satisfaction of users or damaged and for analysis and market research on the services offered. Any refusal would make it impossible for Net Evolutions SAGL to have useful feedback for the improvement of the activities being processed but would not have consequences on the execution of the practices in progress;
purposes related to commercial activities for the promotion of insurance services and products offered by Net Evolutions SAGL also under the umbrella of Net Evolutions SAGL services such as sending advertising material and commercial communications through the use of traditional communication (such as paper mail and calls with operator intervention), automated (such as calls without operator intervention, email, fax, mms, sms etc.), as well as through the insertion of advertising and promotional messages in the Net website area Evolutions.ch reserved for its customers, pursuant to art. 38 bis of the Ivass Regulation 35/2010 and subsequent amendments and additions. Any refusal would make it impossible for Net Evolutions SAGL to promote and provide useful information to the interested party but would have no consequences on the execution of the practices in progress.

3. Collection of information data

Data collection explicitly concerns the processing of data released by the user within the compilation forms. These forms will have the purpose of collecting data exclusively for commercial contact or appointment.

4.Communication and dissemination of data

There is no form of dissemination of the collected data. The personal data processed for the aforementioned purposes may be disclosed to the following categories of subjects:

internal subjects of Net Evolutions SAGL in charge of the aforementioned treatments;
Public control, surveillance and public security authorities.

5.Type of data processed, location of data and processing, data retention period
In relation to the purposes described, the use of personal data is limited only to the data necessary for the conclusion and management of the treatments provided for in this information.

The treatments take place through manual processing and electronic or in any case automated tools, according to processing and storage logics strictly related to the purposes themselves or dictated by laws and provisions of the Authorities and, in any case, in order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data against risks of improper access and disclosure as well as their destruction when the purpose ceases, without prejudice to any conservation obligations deriving from regulatory or authority indications.

The processing and storage of data will be carried out in Italy. At the explicit request of the interested party, the personal data processed could be transmitted to foreign subjects involved in the processing of the files, subject to impediments dictated by stringent legislation, manifest lack of the recipient subject on security measures to protect the confidentiality of the information transmitted, indications of the Authorities. Data retention and registration is also managed by the web tool consisting of the Wix CMS platform, with which the site was built. The security and transition of such data is therefore controlled and ensured by corresponding documentation and regulation by the platform.

6. Rights of the interested party

The interested party, in relation to the aforementioned treatments, can exercise the rights of access, revocation, rectification, cancellation (oblivion), limitation, portability, opposition with reference to the current legislation on privacy. To exercise the aforementioned rights, the interested party may contact the Management, by registered letter with return receipt addressed to the Milan (MI) office, or by e-mail to the addresses : support@n-ev.ch

The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint directly with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, within the terms established by current legislation.
